I'm adding new scenes with background images from Photoshop. Images are JPGs or PNGs. The colors are off. Blues appear purple, yellows are subdued. The files render properly everywhere except OBS. I tried changing the OBS video settings to sRGB and unlimited color range and it didn't change anything. Any ideas where to look? I use OBS with another computer where I don't have this problem. (I'm on 30.1.2 64 bit)

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

If you see color changes in Preview of OBS, then try to add test images to the scene (remove all filters if any, or just drag-n-drop new image to OBS). Then save screenshot of the Preview, OBS right-click menu over the Preview window -> Screenshot (Preview) and attach result here.
If you see wrong colors in recorded file, then try different player (like "mpv player").
